Email us about payment confirmation, a purchased digital file, address correction, delivery, damage or a refund request. Attach only the information needed to identify and assess the issue.
Consumer disputes
If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint directly, an Estonian consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Consumers elsewhere in the EU may also seek help from their local European Consumer Centre. Using an out-of-court body does not remove your right to go to court.
Privacy requests
Use the same email address for access, correction or deletion requests. Explain which Mapicito account, project or order the request concerns. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or deleting protected data.
