Terms of Sale and Use

1. The seller

Mapicito is operated by MSP Trading OÜ, registry code 14623503, VAT number EE102646430, at Olevi tn 12, 65604 Võru, Võru maakond, Estonia. Contact: svenpedras@gmail.com or +372 5398 2986.

2. The Mapicito service

You can compose a map from a place, route, text and markers, save projects locally in your browser, optionally use a cloud account, buy one exact-size digital file, or order a personalized printed poster. The selected format, dimensions, orientation, price and delivery option are shown before payment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR for European formats and USD for USA formats. Consumer prices are gross prices and include VAT or similar transaction tax where Mapicito is legally required to collect it. Poster delivery cost is calculated from the exact delivery address before payment. Stripe shows the tax breakdown and the final amount before its final Pay button; an inclusive tax calculation does not increase the Mapicito price shown to you. Card payment is processed securely by Stripe; Mapicito does not receive or store full card details.

4. Digital files

A digital purchase grants exactly one download of the selected personalized artwork in the chosen format. PNG is a raster image, PDF is a fixed-page document sized for printing, and SVG is a vector file. The files use these standard formats and have no Mapicito DRM, activation requirement or regional lock. You need current software that supports the selected format, and your printer or print service must support the file's dimensions and colour settings.

The file is for the buyer's personal use. You may print it for yourself or as a personal gift, but may not resell the file, publish it as stock artwork, remove attribution required by map-data licenses, or use it as a competing template.

Before buying, you must expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge the withdrawal rule described in the Returns & Refunds policy.

5. Personalized printed posters

Every poster is made to your specifications. You must review the map, text, marker, size, orientation and delivery address before ordering. After verified payment the production-ready file is sent to the connected print provider and production may begin immediately. Paper, finish and other product characteristics are shown in the order panel before payment.

6. Delivery and order status

Available countries and delivery cost are determined for the selected print format and address. Details are in the Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. We remain responsible for the order until it is delivered to you.

7. Defects and complaints

Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. A consumer may submit a claim concerning a physical poster's lack of conformity for two years from delivery. If a poster arrives damaged, is materially different from the approved design, or is otherwise not in conformity, contact us promptly with the order email and clear photos. Depending on the issue, the legally available remedy may be replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

We respond to a written consumer complaint within 15 days. If we cannot provide a final answer within that time, we will explain the reason for the delay and state when you can expect a response.

8. Map data and editor availability

Maps rely on third-party open data and services. Roads, addresses, boundaries and terrain can be incomplete or change over time. Check important details before ordering. We may maintain or update the editor, but purchased files and consumer rights are not affected by routine product changes.

9. Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Estonian law applies, while consumers retain any mandatory protection granted by the law of their country of residence.
