Personalized printed posters

Because your poster is produced to your specifications, the ordinary 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply to that personalized good. This does not remove your legal rights when the poster is defective, damaged, misprinted or not as ordered. A consumer may submit a claim concerning a physical poster's lack of conformity for two years from delivery.

If you notice a problem, email svenpedras@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos. Keep the packaging until we respond. We will assess the issue and provide the legally appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, price reduction or refund, without charging you for a justified defect claim. We respond to a written consumer complaint within 15 days; if a final answer is not possible within that time, we will explain the delay and state when you can expect a response.

Digital files

Before payment you are asked to request immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right is lost when downloading the digital content begins. If you have paid but have not started the download, or the file is defective or cannot be supplied as described, contact us and we will apply your mandatory rights.

Cancellation before production

Contact us immediately if an order was placed by mistake. We will try to stop an order that has not entered production, but production can start automatically after payment and cancellation cannot be guaranteed once it has begun.

Refund timing

When a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are outside our control. We do not charge a separate refund fee.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if a withdrawal right applies and you wish to withdraw from the contract.
