The poster images on Mapicito are labeled design examples, not customer photographs. Customer reviews, photos, rating totals or buyer counts will appear only when the underlying evidence is genuine and publishable.

Before you choose a format.
Is every printed poster made from the same paper?
Not necessarily. The print route can vary with size and delivery destination. Mapicito therefore shows the selected paper and finish in the order panel instead of publishing one paper weight as a universal claim.
Is the browser preview the file sent to print?
No. The preview helps you compose the design. A separate export process renders the selected physical size at the required print dimensions and validates the result before physical checkout.
What can I check before paying?
You can check the complete map design, wording, marker, size and orientation. For a printed poster, the order panel also confirms product details, supported delivery, shipping and the final total.
What happens if a personalized poster is faulty or damaged?
Personalization changes the ordinary withdrawal rules, but it does not remove statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Contact Mapicito support with the order information and evidence of the problem.
